power steering for L245DT

Hello to all, Can anyone tell me how many GPM a power steering gear box would need to operate.I purchased one from a B7800 and plan to use it on my l245. I know there will be many modifications. Just want to be sure I get the needed flow. Might be better off to purchase a kit. But I like the challenge.

Probably around 1 to 2 GPM's.

Thank you, then i should be able to add a priority valve to my 3 pt to operate the steering without causing a problem, or would I be better off adding pump to the engine? I think I know the ans. to that.

My B7800 has 3.1 for the PS.

Leejohn, thank you very much, 3.1 is more than i thought. I think i will put a pump on the engine just for the steering. My 3pt system is 3.7gpm not sure what the fel is.
