Did you clean the fuel screens? Usualy theres one in the tank and one on the carb. It running for 10min then shutting off usualy means its ran out of fuel in the carb bowl. You can test this by removing the fuel line from the carb and checking for flow.
You could also have a stuck fuel float or a clogged jet.
