I have a number of 2-stroke units (Stihl/Husky chainsaws; Lawn Boy mower; Polaris quad), and was wondering if it's okay to use the TCW3 stuff in all of them. Currently I'm using Poulan synthetic pre-mixed for the saws and mower, in the proper ratios, of course, and some brand or other TCW3 in the Polaris's oil-injector system.

Can I pre-mix the TCW3 and use it in the saws/mower? It'd sure make my inventory'ing a lot less aggravating.

I think the TCW3 is for water cooled engines (is the quad water cooled?) and the lawn mower and saws are not.

I'd like to do that too, however, all my 2 stroke stuff takes different mixtures.

Saw - 25:1
String Trimmer - 50:1
Blower - 32:1

So I have to keep them all separate. Well, actually I cheat, I use the 25:1 in both the blower and the saw now.

I'm not advocating this, but I use a 40/1 mix of TCW3 two stroke oil in all my small engines, except my Echo trimming saw, which is still in warranty. I had a couple gallons of Polaris synthetic snowmobile oil left over from my "P" days that I've used without a problem for at least ten years.I use in it my old Craftsman 20"chain saw which has a 16/1 mix, Stihl string trimmer 32/1, Homelite leaf blower 32/1, Echo brush saw 32/1 and McCulloch backpack blower 40/1, all with a 40/1 mix.The old chain saw actually runs better with the lean synthetic mix. Much less smoke, plug fouling and easier starts.
