Not sure about HF compression tester but if you buy one you will be wanting to see close to 400 psi for a good reading. I think the glow plugs can be removed for this.

Anyone know the thread on the glow plugs? But shoot for that matter at 400psi if I just pull a glow plug and bump the starter I should feel one he|| of a push of air out the hole, right?

You'll want to measure it with a tester. Trying to guess by the "push of air out the hole" would be akin to trying to guess accurately how many gallons of water are in the Atlantic Ocean by taking a look at it from the beach. Besides, without something to effectively contain the pressure it won't build much. Most compression tester kits have adapters for common glow plugs, but no guarantees in this particular case of course.
