Press In Zerks for Ford 3910

Looking for 5/16 press in grease zerks. None of the auto parts stores have them. The same with TSC, Harbor Freight and/or Northern Tools. Internet search did not work, kept coming up with junk. Does anybody know of a place to get them or should I just go to the New Holland dealer and bite the bullet. Hoping to pull to old broken ones out and press in (hammer) the new ones with out removing the front wheel hub and playing with my tap and die set.

Can you tap them and put threaded ones in? You'd be much better off IMHO.

They make tapping tools just for this. Some zerk kits come with a tool for this. I think it is a pipe type (tapered) thread.

Found the zerks at NAPA. Took the wheel and hub off. Used a steal punch from the inside of the hub and two good hit the bad zerk poped out. Took a small socket and use it a the driver for the new zerk. Three/four hits the new zerk is in. A job well done. New grease and put it all back togeather.
