price check 2011 l5740c ab with FEL

Guys found a 2011 5740 with cab and FEL and only 110 hrs for $31000- Seller will not budge off this price- Is that a fair price for this tractor- Also being a newbie I can get a Mahindra 6010 new for the same price which is a better choice- thks

That's a very nice tractor at a fair price,110 hrs is nothing ,as new.Can't find any new ones for any-where near that price.The one on tractorhouse for 32,500 has no FEL($7000 at least).That tractor will sell fast because of the Tier 4 emissions on the new ones.

If you sit in the cab of the Kubota and then sit in the cab of the Mahindra, you will buy the Kubota. No question about it. The Kubota is a good deal at that price. Don't delay; it won't last long at that price.
