Price check: 2013 M7040 FEL Cab

What are you guys paying? What % off list can I expect to get from a kubota dealer?

Machine has single rear remote, 4x4, hydro trans, LA1153, Cab, Iron wheels, bucket, no radio and suspension seat.

Near Denver but wouldnt mind traveling to a neighboring state if the deal is worth it.

Around here I would want at least 15% off but I think 18% is with in reason. Prices vary a little by location. Check with at least 3 or 4 dealers.

Really hard to tell and it will vary by region, in some places people really want the M40 more than the M60, so there is less incentive for the dealer to drop prices as much. Out of curiosity, I have checked dealers in my area and there are no M40 cabs available and only a few M60s.

i did not price the 7040 with the cab when i bought my 7040 slmost 2 months ago.i gave $34,000 for my 7040 hydo shuttle 4x4 with 1153 loader an 2 sets of rear remotes.that means i can plug in 4 hydro hoses.my tractor listed for $41,000 on kubota bild your own site.so i saved about $7000.so with that in mind a cab tractor should be $48,000 to $52,000.

A few months back I bought my used '11 M7040 HDC/LA1353 with cast rear wheels,2 sets rear remotes,bucket & double hay spear with only 137 hrs on the tach,transferable warranty for $36,500. It still had the teats on the tires and plastic on the seat. In my area there are quite a few low hour usage tractors for sale.
