Price Check CK20 HST; one used and one new.

Hi everyone. Getting ready to build for the first time in 20 years on 4.2 acres. In the end I'll have a 3/4 yard, 1.5 acre pasture and about 2 acres woods. I've got a JD mower for the yard. I'm looking for a small tractor for a little help around the construction site and some light duty stuff after completion. I plan on a FEL, Box blade and a rear finish mower. I've priced the CK20S HST at our local, well established dealer and getting $14900 for tractor/FEL + doc fees of $200.
Just north of me a 2010 CK20S HST/FEL with only 17 hours came for sale at $11500. Looks like the loader has never been in the dirt. I'm leaning toward and offer on the used unit even though half the warranty is up on the engine/drive. I understand balance of the warranty is probably expired.

Do these prices seem in line? I see on the Kioti site that the CK's have the free loader promo going and/or up to $2700 rebate on CK's but the website is pretty poor in spelling out the details and my dealer never seems to know what's going on with the current offers. Thanks.

the used one seems like a good deal. I just bought a new one with an fel and a bushhog brand six foot blade for 14,200

I thought they were too high on the new. I shopped them a few years ago and thought I could get a Tractor/FEL for about $13500 at the time. I'm thinking the used might be had for about $10-10500 if I'm patient. Thanks for the reply.

I paid $15000 in 2004 for my 2003, ck20HST with loader and Rhino back hoe, used with 47 hrs. I now have almost 1400 hrs, with zero problems other than the loader cracks on these older models, which was fixed under warranty. The loaders have been changed since then so don't worry about that.
That is a very good price and you will never be disappointed, unless you want / need more horsepower for something.
Jump on it before someone else steals it.
