Price Check for Kubota L3430 HST w/Cab, Loader & Attachments

Hey guys, I've been lurking on this site for years. I appreciate all the useful information I've been able to acquire just from reading. I currently have a 2004 NH TC33DA Gear 4WD with 560 hrs, adjustable link arms, good R1 tires, NH 7208 loader, canopy, 5' Land Pride rotary cutter, King Kutter 60" PTO tiller, Lienbach auger, PTO Log splitter, single Row Hipper, and a few other items I have found useful over the years.

Now I have a question I can't find a current answer for:

I've been searching for a cab tractor for some time now, and many have lots of hours, or rough condition, or too far from home to justify the travel, or I can't research ownership history or whatever. Never found the deal I think I needed to pull the trigger on.

Today I found a 2006 L3430 HST with cab/air/heat, adjustable link arms and LA723 loader, r4 tires with excellent tread and no sign of wear or damage, clean lightly used bucket, Woods RD7200 finish mower in great shape, 2006 Rhino 75C backhoe with pto pump (dust covered but like new), Darell Harp Enterprises The Hollow XA-500 steel hopper PTO spreader, a Bushog 2203 PTO auger with 9' bit, and a Woods SU172BT Gill Pulverizer. All items were purchased new in 2006.

Can anyone give me a sanity check on the price I have negotiated? I've got the buyer under $25k for the whole package.

Did I mention this is a one owner, just down the road, everything barn kept & clean, and 295 hours on the meter? I have found these size units to fit my needs perfectly, so upsizing was't really a criteria.

Any opinions?

The backhoe alone is $8-10k, no? I'd say that is a very nice deal. I paid $14k for my 3130 with almost 1000 hrs, and no attachments, and I thought that was a fair deal...

Thanks for your input, guys. I did check several sites (ebay, tractorhouse, auctiontime, etc) to find comparable units. Everything has several hundred more hours for more money with no implements. I pulled the trigger after a little dealing, think I can sell any combination of my current implements and either the blue or orange tractor, and come out well.

Anybody in the Mid South area in the market for a one owner NH TC33da with loader, or a 6' soil pulverizer, Woods finish mower or Land Pride 5' rotary cutter, or a 3 point log splitter? Shoot me a PM if so...

Never had the hydro before, always used gears, found the hydro to be a nice change when moving around loading the trailer with all the implements.

Even got my wife excited about the deal. She went shopping with me during the summer for cab models, and she thinks the price was right.

That was the biggest battle, as you men all know!!
