Anyone have a price check on a JD4520 Cab tractor with 400 series loader, fully equipped? I am hearing in the $36K range locally any info if this is fair?

Ordered a 4720 w/cab about 2 months ago for around 37,5. This came with wipers, lights, tnt kit, electric diverter, cd radio, front fenders, 400CX loader, and some other gadgets. It is at the dealer now getting all those gadgets put on it. Hope to take delivery of it this Friday.
