Price Check Price Check - L2800/3400

Just curious if anyone could help me on a quote I got recently. I am curious as to how much wiggle room I might have. I'm looking at both an L2800 and an L3400 with an FEL, HST, and 4x4. Here are the quoted prices (without tax):
- L2800 = $16,700
- L3400 = $18,118

I was also quoted a similar B3200 equipped the same for $16,200, but am leaning towards the L for the extra weight.

While I'm interested and prefer the L3400, the extra price seems steep. Is this dealer in the right ballpark? Thanks in advance for the help.

I have shopped four local dealers for a L3400 HST FEL with Quick attach and R-4's prices ranged from 17600, 18900, 20500, 21700 for the same package.
Eastern VA.

Your prices are similar to what I've found here in Maine.

I paid 20,900 for L3400, hydro,r4,s with 5 years 0 interest the dealers wont move mutch.

I paid $16.900 for L2800 w/same package in March 09.

I bought the L3400 extra power about a month ago. I got FEL, AG tires, Rear tires filled, and delivered to my house (25 miles) $16,500

Bigiron, great pic of that tractor and a great price! If I could get the same deal you did I would jump on it ASAP. I'll have to see how willing the dealers are to negotiate.

Up here in massachusetts I just went through this same thing, prices all over the place, but for the most part 2008-2009, $21,000 give or take.
Found a 2008 with 3 hours for $19,000, "because thats what he owed".
But I ended up buying a 2008 4x4 l3400 hst with quick attach loader and R-4 tires with 20 hours on the clock from carver equipment in north carolina.
Bought it online, they didnt even ask for a deposit, they drove it up, I handed them a check, done deal.
Believe it or not, delivery was free.
