New Kubota M5040 w/Kubota FEL, Ag tires, water filled, and the canopy top $26,795.00. I can save $1000.00 if I buy it with an Ansung loader. I've been shopping pretty hard and feel like this is a good price. Any comments about the price and/or the Ansung loaders would be appreciated. The Ansung looks like a well built FEL. Thanks.

your price seems about right given the market when I purchased mine (7040) a few yrs ago.(since moved to 8540, superb tractor) not sure on current prices, some say they've gone up. keep in mind that from 50/60/7040 the price increment between each model is about 1.5 K. so for around 3 k more you could have a 7040 w/limited slip ft end and more hp for future. this probably works out to around $100 or less monthly. just something to think about. but your decision to go M rather than L or grand L is a wise one all around...much more tractor for the bucks bb

M40's are nice machines.
Your price is probably good, you did not mention if it was 4wd, hydraulic or synchro shuttle transmission, how many hydraulic remotes, delivery, any other options?
I am not familiar with Ansung loaders, I went with the kubota FEL on my M40 and have been quite happy with it so far.

I went w/an ansung loader on a L4400 from the dealer. they apparently are dependable (korean made) don't know on the larger M models though. I'd compare the specs & warranty on both...if I were investing in a M series, I'd probably go w/ the K model though there are a number of after market ones ie. Quickie, etc. bb
