Price Check Price Check Please

Hi all, looking at this machine and was curious as to if this is a decent price? I assume since it is a 2000 that parts will not be any problem, but let me know if you have experience that will help me. I was going to offer $8100 since the tires seem less than 50%, well from the picture it looks like that anyway.
