Been looking at all different tractors and finally decided on the mahindra 6530 4wd with loader. Went to 3 dealers and the best price quoted was 26100. And this was the only dealer who advised me about the increase 10-1-11. Seemed straight forward and they have been in biz for over 50 years so they gotta be doin something right. Just wanted some input from the experts going to use it on my 96 acre retirement land. Hoping it will last a while being im not retiring for about 7-10 more years. Thanks!!! Supposed to deliver Friday got a cutter 6ft heavy duty for 1100 more, any input appreciated! !!!

Not sure about the price, but I think you'll enjoy it...it should last a long time....ie not more than 50 or 60 years though....let us know how it works...oh, and PS: unless you send pics you didn't get it...hint...hint...enjoy! BobG in VA

I don't know about the price but let me just say if you think you will ever have a need to move fallen trees, brush or anything else do not make the mistake I have made and not get a grapple or a thumb for your loader...if you don't think you will need it then fine but if you foresee a need now may be the time...same for rear remotes for Hydraulics..Just a suggestion...Sounds like you are getting a great tractor..I know you will enjoy it..

My 6520 4WD cost me $26,300 in 2007. But Mahindra's warehouse is closer to me than my work and the 20 series has more bells and whistles than the 30 series. I am thinking, depending where you live, this is a good price for you because of transportation costs and all the cost increases in the last 4 years.
