Price for 07TC30 w/ Woods LC102 loader - 1800 hours

I am thinking of selling my smaller tractor now that I have a 2019 60HP one doing most of the work. Tractor has some sheet metal damage to right rear fender but up to date on all service - still runs great. Has a 2011 model Woods LC102 loader on it. Had the loader posted to sell but only a little interest and most people want to know if I will sell with the tractor complete. In South Bend, IN.

I was going to list it for $8900 - but after all the low ball offers I got from my last car listing I may post for $9500 OBO. Sound reasonable?
