- 1999 Kubota L4310 HST 4WD, R4 Tires, Folding ROPS, Kubota Canopy
To make a long story short, I am planning to sell my tractor and implements. I am hoping to get some advice from this forum on what it is worth. I had a couple of back surgeries and did not get all the results I had hoped for. I plan to sell the equipment in the next few months. I live in N. California near Sacramento.
Below is a list of what I have. Everything has been in stored indoors since new, is in excellent condition and well maintained. Everything was bought new by me.
Tractor Information and Implement information:
1) 1999 Kubota L4310 (43hp, 37PTO HP), 4x4 with Hydrostatic transmission. R4 tires, Folding ROPS, sun shade. ~950 hours (all by me since new Sept 1999)
2) Kubota L681 Loader with HD 4:1 Hydraulic bucket option, electric valve.
3) Gannon 3" Top-N-Tilt 3Ph hydraulics
4) 3 remote Hydraulic Valves (Gannon)
5) Gannon 4x2 HD 72" box scraper (Cat I and Cat II) with hydraulic rippers
6) Woods 9000 Backhoe (108" Digging depth, 5100Lb force) with sub frame. 12" and 24" buckets.
7)Gannon 20 ton 3PH log splitter
8) Gannon 3Ph cement mixer with hydraulic dump
9) Landpride 72" 3Ph rake
10) Gannon bucket forks (hooks on top of bucket)
11) McMillan X450 HD Tractor mounted Hydraulic Auger with 9" and 12" HD augers. Mounts to both the Backhoe dipper or to the side of loader.
12) 50Gal Demco PTO spray rig with 10' boom. 200' rapid reel with 2 hand guns. Silvercast Hypro pump.
13) 10,000Lb hydraulic tilting flatbed trailer with 9000Lb winch.
FYI// I plan to keep the Tractor and Trailer until the very last step to selling the house (already in escrow). I use it almost every day to keep from lifting something by hand.
I have not thought much about pricing. I will probably look at something like ~60% of new cost. (I have about ~$55k invested).
I will only sell the Tractor, Loader, and Box scraper as a set. The other implements I am willing to sell 1 at a time
Any thoughts on value or other selling tips?
Thanks,
-Roger
