Price for a MX4700DT with loader

Hi...I am a long time lurker,first time poster.I have a FarmTrac 435 that belonged to my dad.I seem to have the "need" for a tractor with a loader and the 435 cant handle one.We have 90 acres in SW Mississippi that needs roads cleared,plots planted/maintained,fence rows cleared..etc..etc.
I have made my mind up on the Kubota MX4700Dt with the 844 loader.I started looking at the Mahindra 4530 but shyed away from that one.The JD5045 was also an option but they are proud of those.
I have an out the door price of 22450 with filled rear tires.Do you think there is anymore room there ?Just asking because this is my first tractor purchase.Thanks:newhere:

4wd? any options other then 844fel? quick attach bucket or anything like that?

I bought the same tractor in north Florida last may a 2010 model 4700 DT 4wd with. Tires filled $22,200.00 w/ 844 loader

I have a MX5100Dt. 4x4, 844 FEL, Filled R1 tires, grill guard, Kubota fiberglass cap, and skid steer quick detach on fel. My price two years ago $23500
That was a no tax for ag use price

It has the Ag tires,a QA bucket, and I am on the fence about the remotes.I currently dont have anything that I would need them for.Its 650 for the single remote if I decide to go that route.
The 5100 with the same options is 23600.The dealer said that the 4700 will have the same telescopic 3 pt arms that the 5100 has.Once they exhaust their supply of the current arms it will go to the ones like on the 5100.These prices include delivery to my place.

I like to or three remotes, but definitely would get at least one for a hydraulic top-link as it helps in hooking up equipment and running a box blade which is indispensable to me.

Its not guna have the arms. You can check it out at kubota.com for your self. It will have the standard arms. I have priced with my dealer getting the adjutable arms like the 5100 on a 4700 and its cheaper to just buy a 5100. Its just the 5100 isn't the tractor i want for other reasons.
