Price for JD 4310 w/Loader 300 hours

My dad passed away and has a JD 4310 with 430 loader and turf tires. He only put about 300 hours on the tractor in 9 years of ownership. It is in excellent condition. I plan to buy it from my brothers and sister. What would be a fair price to offer them for this tractor. Thanks!!

9yr old like new low hour tractor with fel id say $12000 to $15000.

That's a link to tractorhouse. Right now there's 25 4310's for sale. This past winter I saw around 60 or so. I've been watching them for the past six months or so.

I bought mine this past fall and I would agree that $12-$15K would be their going price. If it is in really good shape I would say closer to $15k. What they actually sell for I have no idea but that's the asking prices.
