Price formula to set used tractor price?

Fastline.com is similar to Tractorhouse as far as listing new and used equipment for sale. Fastline offers an application of searching for high/low/average selling prices of a given model of equipment.

Machinery Pete seems to be more and more what people are going by for prices for used equipment even though they are auction sale prices. I have used Tractorhouse and Fastline also but these are prices mainly what dealer is asking and may not often reflect exactly what the dealer ends up selling it for. I am talking about the magazines of course for Tractorhouse and Fastline
