Price Check Price Help on GC2300

Hi, i'm new to the forum and recently priced a GC2300 with a 60 inch MMM and hyraulic control 60" front blade. The total price was 11,474. 9,599 for the tractor/mower and 1,875 for the blade. i'm an out of state buyer so the no tax really helps. Just looking for a comparison from other owners or other knowledgable members. thanks for your help.

You are probably going to get a faster response from the same post you made in the Massey forum. Also, a good or bad price can be a function of where you are located. Since your profile is empty, others might have a hard time commenting. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

I posted on the massey forum two days ago but it doesn't seem to get much traffic, so i thought maybe this would be better. Also, i live in Maryland but the dealer was in Lancaster County, Pa.

I can't comment on your prices, I can say that a lot of us here think that a front-end loader gives more "bang for the buck" than the front blade. I guess that depends upon any other equipment you might own.

I also think you should read this regarding Maryland Use Tax. It seems like I'm always the one to bring this up. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif I just like to make sure people are informed before making a decision. You can decide on the risks.

I can give you an idea of the price I received on the same setup a year ago from a dealer here in NY. They quoted me $9900 for GC2300 w/60"MMM, $1900 for 2340 Front Blade, and $2600 for Loader (if your also considering that).

Hope this helps, hate to see someone looking for information and not getting any feedback. Even a year old, it is still worth something.
