Mine was 23500 with loaded tires, 16la loader, QA bucket, 1 remote and a cutting edge I live in Maine and I think we pay more for them up here than other places.
12 months ago got a TC40DA, 16LA, welded bucket hooks, 6' Land Pride rotarty mower for $22,000. The Land Pride accounted for $1,100 of that, so I paid $20,900 or so for the tractor. Hope this helps. Keep in mind steel has gone up since then.
