Price on B3000CAB & B3030HSDC

All,

Just wanted a quick rash of opinions on pricing.

Went to a dealership and they were offering a B3000CAB, FEL w/60" Bucket for $24,500. Or a similarly equipped B3030HSDC for $400 less.

There are other things I would add to these tractors but does this sound like a fair price for a dealer to offer or should I expect them to start lower? I built the B3000 on the Kubota site and it came to $28,500.

I just bought a 2011 B3000HSDC with 60" LA403 loader and 72" MMM, industrial tires. Paid $29,770 (including taxes, filing fees, insurance, etc.). Used the zero financing for 60 months. I did some calling and visits to two different Kubota dealers. The other dealer was about $3,000 higher without the taxes, etc. I figure I paid an average price range for it, probably could have done better or worse, but I am happy with the tractor. Hope this helps.

BTW, I wanted the wheel spacers, but since I ordered the 72" MMM, both dealers said the spacers would not work with the MMM. The spacers would extend the tires out and touch the anti-scalping wheels.

Price sounds average for this area.

I'd opt for the B3030 to get the position control.

There are TWO versions of the B3000. A B3000HDCC and B3000HDC. The HDCC is basicly the same tractor as the B3030 with a few minor upgrades (worth $400 to me). The B3000HDC is an economey version. Both have the same model number (totally annoying!)

I just receieved a quote of $24,900 for a 2011 B3000. I'm located in Southwest Colorado.

I think one of the B3000 versions has position control, and the nice 3pt. It also has provisions for a Kubota backhoe along with the cab ........ though maybe both offer that.
