Price Check Price on Kubota BX 2230

Went to the local dealer (Akron, NY) today and he gave me a price of 14800 on a bx2230 FEL and 60"MMM? Also said to add another 1700 for a 40"tiller. Dose the price seem high?/forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

That would be a "no go" for me. They should come off a lot more on that price. I'd check out any other Kubota dealers that are local. I would imagine you could get that tractor for quite a bit less.

When I bought my BX2200 with FEL, and block heater in 2000 I went out to Niagara Implement in Newfane and paid $11,500 before tax. I would reccommend them to anyone. I have no complaints with them at all with either service or just ordering parts. Talk to Matt Ketch. That is who I delt with when I bought mine.

I bought a 42" Ferguson tiller for $1200 about a month later from a different source. I bought a Curtis cab and had it installed at Niagara Implement as well. If you want to e-mail me, you can come over and take a look at mine. I'll be happy to talk to you about it.

I just purchased my BX2230 with 60"MMM and front Loader as well as rear wheel weights in Jan. 05. I paid 12,500.00 out the door. I live in N.E. Ohio. I have had the tractor in once for service and am very happy with my dealer. Hope this helps. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I am going back to my dealer in Sioux Falls SD tommorrow to buy mine. He gave me a simular price of $12,500 for BX2230 with 60" MMM, FEL and rear weight.

I just closed a deal about 1-1/2 weeks ago on a BX2230 w/FEL and 60" MMM for $12,667 delivered. Your dealer has room to move. Did you get price over the phone or after a visit? The reason I ask is that if you are looking and driving, dealers are more apt to put the best deal down on paper when you are at the dealership. You have room to move and I highly advise you see how much more this guy is willing to move.

Funny this S.O.B wouldn't deal a bit with me.I'll never consider him again.I buy small parts from him only because he's close by.
