It's a bad link - 404 error.

The link in the first post didn't work for me either, but the one in the third post did.

Your site looks like you have some interesting stuff, but seems to be sadly lacking in important info. I looked at the grapple. Great cheerleading about how useful a grapple is, and how yours is made of high quality material, etc. I already know that it is useful or I wouldn't be looking at it, and I expect every seller to brag how great his product is, BUT, I NEED to know how much it weighs, what type of mounting system it uses, how wide the lids open, etc. I'm not going to click that big button to buy it without that kind of info, and if it's not on the webpage, I'm moving on to the next one. Not saying you don't have a good product, and maybe a great one at a great price, but tell me what I really need to know to decide if it will work on my tractor. I don't want to have to waste time calling an office just to find out basic information.

RBA50,

No problem, which grapple were you thinking about? As far as mounting systems, any can be mounted on Kubota style, Bobcat universal style or John Deere style. Let me know more about which grapple you were thinking about and I will give you all the information I have on hand and make the changes to information promptly.

What RBA50 is saying is that the information should be on the website so that potential buyers can compare your specs to other specs and do their own analysis without phone calls and emails. It makes it easier for someone to decide to buy.

Let's face it. Most potential buyers are either lazy or busy or both. The more work someone has to do in order to decide to buy your equipment, the harder it is to make a sale. Good marketers make it easy for someone to make that buying decision.

What Poopdeck Pappy said.

I'm not really looking for a grapple, I'd like one but can't justify it for my uses at this time. Just trying to point out that your website lacks basic info that any shopper wants and needs. No one wants to have to send a bunch of emails, or make phone calls to be able to compare your product to someone elses. A simple list of things like weights, available mounts, sizes, etc is all it takes. Should take about 5 minutes per grapple to type out and add to the site.

As an example, the first thing I need to know about a grapple is how much it weighs. Why? Because I have a small tractor, with a FEL that can only lift about 700 lbs. If your grapple weighs 300 lbs, that leaves me 400 lbs I can move. If it weighs 500 lbs, I only have 200 lbs left. The lighter the grapple, the better from my standpoint, assuming the engineering is done properly to produce a strong, safe grapple. Someone with a 100 hp tractor with a FEl that can lift 4000 lbs probably isn't too concerned about grapple weight, but you are marketing to subcompact and compact tractor owners, and we definitely are concerned about it.

RBA50,

Thank you for your posts, especially the critical ones--they help me improve my website. I am not going to be sales pushy with you, but I have made some basic changes, especially regarding grapples and would like to know if they are the types of changes that you would think appropriate. I can get all of the advice in the world, but feedback from this site is golden. It is one of the reasons I chose to avail myself to some of the opportunities this site has. I know there are critical readers out there and you appear one of them. Please let me know if my changes help the site overall.

Thanks,

SmallTrac
