Price Check Pricing a 2005 used 4410.

I'm buying a tractor. Looking new and used. Uses: Finish mowing 4-5 acres; pushing back snow banks with loader along a 500' driveway; possibly planting 5 acres of sunflowers. I've found a 2005 JD 4410 with 72" WOODS 3 pt. finish mower, 72" 430 loader, ehydro, mid-mount PTO, block heater, Imatch 3 pt. hitch, cruise control, R4 tires, 310 hours. Being sold by original owner -- not a dealer. Looks well cared for. What is a fair price? What would be a really good price? What new 2008 JD model would be equal to the 4410? What would be a good deal on the new 2008 version with the same equipment? Thanks for your help.

I think the 3520 and 3720 are essentially the models comparable to the 4410. I just traded in my 4310 in on a 3520. Dunno ojn the fair price for the 4410, however, checkout these links
