Price Check Pricing help JD 950 with fel and hoe

Hey one and all,

I'm a blue man myself, but I have a neighbor seeking a used tractor. There is an auction coming up on the 12th of June, and among the items for sale is a JD 950 (awaiting info on the year) with 1921 hours on it. As you can see in the pics attached, it has what looks to be a 72" bucket on the FEL, and a Bradco 8MD hoe (with a 9" and an 18" bucket). I see a steering knob, so no power steering. Clearly 4WD. It's a bit weathered and rusty, but assuming good mechanicals, hydraulics, tires and electrical, what might be a good starting and max bid on this guy? (and please, don't show up and bid against me! It's for a friend!)

Also, any guesses on the year?

I'd say if there's a knob on the steering wheel, that's a pretty good indication the machine does have power steering. You're not going to steer a tractor (with no power steering) with one of those knobs.
