I'm in the Triad of NC and looking at purchasing a new B3030 w/FEL. Dealer quoted me $18,500. I'm new to the tractor world so I'm not sure if this is a good price or not. Any advice?

Hello, and welcome to the Kubota discussions. That is not a bad price, however if you don't mind dealing with someone in another state, you should check out Barlow Equipment in Kentucky. Ask for Brady. They will deliver right to your door, usally as cheap or cheaper than the local guys. I'm figuring right around $18,000 or $18,200 would be about as low as most dealers would go.

If you want to save a little money, and don't mind a few less horsepower, look at the B2630 which has a $1000 cashback incentive. It is the same tractor as the B3030 execpt for a slightly smaller engine. I just had one of thee delivered from Barlow and I love it. You'd probably be looking at around $16,200 for that. NOTE - these are just guesses from my recent shopping experience, but I think I am probably pretty close.

Call BRADY at Barlow :thumbsup: - he'll give you a good price and educate you on the tractors as well with NO PRESSURE to buy from him. And if you do decide to he will treat you right.

I'd suggest you contact Sink Farm Equipment in Lexington, if they are not the dealer you got this quote from. Outside of any factory rebates that may be available, the price of $18,500 sounds like a good price (approx. 15% off retail). Happy Hunting!
