I am looking at a 1980 International 686 with 5,000 hours and new front end loader. Tractor was overhauled about 700 hours ago and appears to have had good care. No visible hydraulic leaks and tires appear good. Owner is asking $12,000 in SW Missouri. Does this appear to be a fair price? Your comments are appreciated. Thanks
