Priefert Quick Attach hitch

I was in Atwoods the other day and among the cheap Chinese quick hitches was this one by Priefert. Looks very well made, and what caught my eye was that the width is adjustable and the top bar attachment is also quick hitch and adjustable as well.
It's not cheap, however, at $320.

Anyone have one and, if so, how do you like it ?

What type of tractor would you put this on?
If you have a JD,the genuine I-Match is a heck of alot cheaper than that thing. Adjustable or not,you can't beat genuine JD! IMHO of course.

Looks like they make quite an assortment of attachments.
The quick attach is made to be used with both cat 1 and cat 2 tractors, but the attachment side is for cat 1 only.
It really does look well made, certainly so beside the China ones.

I noticed on the China ones, the openings for the lower bar swivel balls are about 1/4" to narrow. Can't see how anyone would buy one of these and not return it because of this.

For the money the HF hitch at $60 is hard to beat. Had mine for 4 years with no issues. Just make sure you get the 27 1/2" unit.

Well guess they have gone up but still a good price and they always have 20% off coupons making it $80.

I remember a few guys having this issue but solved it with a bottle jack.

Personally, I see no advantage the the "adjustability" of it...Modify or purchase implements that meet the ASAE standard and be done with it.

I read it the opposite; it will fit on cat 1 tractors, and any cat 2 tractor 'with tractor adjustment'?

It can be set to fit cat 1 or cat 2 implements.

I donno, the way it pins together, seems a little loosey goosey to me. A quick hitch takes a lot of abuse, I like it solid, not pined together with some slop in it.

Might like it better if I saw it in person, just seems odd to me as pictured.

There are some good beefy ones that allow you to rebolt the sides on in different ways so they work on both cat 1 and cat 2.

The cat 3n ones are really beefy, like the Warrior model on my planting tractor.
