I went to Costco today and saw a sign that anyone can buy gasoline there, The station is in NY.
Other Costco's l've been to in other states don't allow non-members.
Is there a law about "private" fuel stations in NY? Can we get fuel from places that are off the beaten track? Maybe at a discount?
I know its a strange question.
