I run a 24' oven off a 500 gal Propane tank. During the summer we can run the tank down to 2 or 3% and still maintain the 6 psi required to feed the burner, but as Spiker said..... during the winter the pressure in the tank will drop. We have to keep at least 20% in the tank during the winter months to maintain the same 6 psi.
