Proper storage of your welding gear in a humid climate

So I have a lincoln MIG and now I have a TIG setup to go on my little Everlast 200. I also have an Everlast plasma cutter.

As the gear is not used for months at a time due to my real job, I just store it in a non heated shed, the MIG is covered with the Lincoln canvas and I have no idea what to do with my TIG setup.

I ask because my air guns get oiled up before they are put to bed so I am wondering what if anything I should do. I am PNW humid, so just a lot of rain in the winter, summers are very dry (not Florida where well, I am going to be nice).

My shop is not heated. I cover all my welders and plasma cutter with cloth lined tablecloths.

My machines are in a unheated shop.I take off the wire and store it in the furnace room in the house otherwise I get rust on it and then you might as well chuck it. Rusty welding wire wrecks the liner and makes a poor weld.I also live on the coast.Here in BC

I need to use elastics to keep the covers tight, or the damned dirt daubers will infest everything!

Unheated shop here too... I try to cover all my tools with blankets/plastic but there is still too much humidity in the air. I really want a heated shop. Oh I heat it when I am in it but it would be grand to have a geothermic heat source and dehumidifier set up. Dreaming...
