The PT arrived two hours early by private carrier even though according to the driver it rained steadily the last four hours of the trip. There were no scratches or apparent defects. I had read how the fuel tanks contained debris consequently, I used a magnet on a probe to check for contamination. The attachment shows what was left after 30 minutes of cleaning. If I was compulsive I probably could have got even more with another 30 minutes of effort. On the other hand the hydraulic oil tank had only one or two shavings after five minutes or so of searching. Because of the rain and I was only able to put five hours on the machine today. We have a driveway that has lots erosion. It has a twelve degree angle of slope. With the box blade and ¾ throttle the machine had no trouble whatsoever pulling mud and loose gravel up the slope. Other great thing is that even with sharp tight turns on wet turf very little damage was done with virtually no ruts. So far the machine has performed flawlessly. I’m glad I went to Tazewell and listened to Terry carefully because they are rewriting all of the instruction and maintenance manuals. The only instructions that came with the machine were for the engine. I will post other attachments showing the PT and the drive.
