I have a Cub Cadet for mowing because it was the ONLY brand tractor that would make it up some of our hills while the mower deck was still engaged. Does anyone have any knowledge of how steep a hill a small PT will climb while still giving power to the mower deck? I am thinking of replacing the Cub next summer (it is starting to show its age) and had been considering a little Kubota BX or New Holland TZ sub-compact. But I think the lovely wife would prefer less tractor and more manuverability as she does about 80% of the mowing chores.
