PTO adapter sliding off

Thanks guys, I drilled and tapped another set screw last night at 90* offset and made a flat spot on the shaft for the screw to set into.
Once the weather clears up, I'll give it another try. Hopefully it will be fine now.

Worst case, use the hole as a start point for a half threaded pin. Then put a blind hop in the shaft, then turn a pin for the hole, and threads for the yoke.
