PTO does not work

I have a 4344c the pto does not work, I checked the solenoid valve and it opens up does anyone know what it could be I need it for the snow blower thanks Phil

I know on my 4940C there is an interlock on the PTO. If the 3 point lift handle is at full up position, there is a switch that is activated so that when the 3 point is fully in the up position it will turn the PTO of electronically. This is a safety interlock that has had me fooled a few times
