Is there a way to put a stop on the bx2750 snowblower quick hitch to keep the pto joint from striking the lower part of the frame. Seeems like kubota didnt think this thru. They say dont raise blower with pto running. I think if there was same kind of stop so you cant lift it too high it would be ok. I could see where you could notch out the lower frame burt this is under warrantee and I dont want to mess it up. Maybe some thing on the cyclinder

Put a upper limit stop on your lift depth control lever. If you don't have one. it would be easy to fab one. Ken Sweet

Yea, I thought you were on the 3 point. Can you put segment control stops on the cylinder shaft to limit cyl travel? Ken Sweet

The issue with the front mounts is the P.T.O., yoke smacking the hitch at the great raised angle when blower is raised as the clearance become much closer with the snow blowers underframe mount.

The only way to guarantee it will not happen is to install a stop tube in cylinder that does double duty for the belly mower BUT you will not be able to pin the mower up if desired.

The fastest way to solve the issue is this way with the blower warm and dry if possible using a white paint pen with warm paint or a spray can of white Rustoleum spray paint;

With the blower running lift the blower slowly very slowly until the P.T.O.,
shaft starts banging, then-turn off the PTO for the snow blower with it elevated.

This is the upper limit where you do not even wish to reach with the snow blower at any time- YOU NEVER WANT TO BE THIS HIGH while operating the front mounted snow blower.

Using the paint pen/spray paint and paint masking tape using the tractors hood as the reference point measure 2 inches above the hood line with the corresponding point on the snowblower chute in a straight line using a yard stick or an aluminum level if you have one long enough.

This is the point where you want to start painting a ribbon of white paint across the chute to tell you you have raised it TO FAR.

Make the ribbon of paint 2 inches wide to assure you will see it when raising the blower and you will see the white paint to tell you to stop lifting while the snow blower is operating.

NO, NO, NO, NO, NO!

The snow blower would not be able to float and clear snow to pavement.:(

Paint the chute with a white ribbon as i described to warn you to stop raising it.

the cyl is mounted upside down on this mount so float will be down, the pto shaft hits when up. how will the float be affected?

Are you sure this thing is assembled properly???? Proper hitch & driveline???

If the shaft on the hitch is too far forward I could see it hitting.

Pull the thing off and check all dimensions with the manual to verify setup.

Mine does not hit the frame when raised all the way up.

If it cannot retract fully it will not work in float
