Does anyone know why the PTO jumps out of gear on my John Deere 7610? What could be causing this to continue to happen?

Could be a few things, likely gear related. Please to describe, in as gory a detail as possible, what conditions exist when the PTO jumps out. The more exact the description (what model/year JD?) the more likely you'll get a useful answer sooner.
