Just bought a 2000 Tc 33d with 81 hours. I have it stuck in pto. I cannot start the tractor with pto engaged and cannot get the tactor out of pto without tractor running. Please help! I cannot use my new toy!!! Sunny and 70 degrees today. Going to be rain and 40 degrees tomorrow> HELP!!!!!!

I don't understand this. The tractor doesn't have to be running to move either of the PTO levers. So, you should be able to move the lever, whichever one is in the engaged position, and start the tractor.

Also, to be sure all the safety interlock switches are set - be sitting in the machine, set the parking brake, and have the drive range in Neutral, not I or II. As said above, you should be able to move the lever for the PTO with the tractor not running.

Chris' suggestions are good ones, but just so you know, in order to start a Class II Boomer, the 2 PTO levers have to be in the disengage position and the range lever must be in one of the neutral positions and not in Range I, II or III. There is no seat, clutch or parking brake interlock. If all the levers are in the correct positions and it still will not start, try slightly moving one of the PTO levers. My TC25D originally had a problem with the mid-PTO lever showing it was in the disengaged position, but required I pull back on it to start the tractor.
