PTO Mowers

Hi, I'm considering buying a 5 foot Razorback mower. I have an AC 5020 which is rated at 25 HP. My question is if my tractor is adequate to drive the 5 foot mower (PTO 540 cat 1)?

With brush hogs, you need 5 hp for every foot. Is 25 hp at the PTO or is it net hp? Another thing is you can run a larger mower in light grass and a smaller mower in thicker grass. if you plan to mow in thicker grass, I'd recommend a 4 foot mower.
