Not perfectly. But that’s why God made U-joints. Sure a little more wear but since I was going to have to buy a new shaft anyway (too short), plus I can hook up now in a couple of minutes vs 15-20 and back pains after. Well worth it if I wear my u joints a little sooner…
I installed Pat's quick attachment. This extended my links about 4" so made a removeable extension for the Top link mount. Then I got a easy PTO connect which added about 4" to the PTO shaft. And lastly I considered removing the PTO shield but reconsidered~ I removed the shield and welded a bit of 1/4" round stock on the bottom edge below the bolts where the shield contacts the tractor. This kicked the shield up about 2 inches.
So I still have the safety shield but it is raised up for easier access. This is the PTO quick coupler I got from Amazon.

It wasn't cheap but it saves my old back so I don't regret the $ spent. I do wish the spacer tool used to attach was metal, not plastic.
