PTO quit turning, On a Kioti DK 45 HST

I was running the PTO running a blower. there was a noise I though was a jam.
Nothing found that could of caused a jam.
Now the PTO lights on both switches and on the dash board light up but the PTO does not turn.
Either in automatic or manual.
And either with the blower elevated or in working position.
Any suggestions,

Do we know for a fact the PTO stub shaft is not turning or just that the blower is not turning? Shear pin in blower sheared?

Did you take off the PTO shaft coupling off of the PTO shaft, and turn on the PTO, get off of the tractor and observe the PTO shaft to see if it is not turning?

I haven't taken the blower off, but the PTO shaft out of the tractor is not turning. Nothing is turning. I will take the blower off and try turning the shaft manuall

Well, If the PTO shaft out of the tractor is not turning, then you have a serious problem.. PTO clutch broken or something sheared inside. The shear pin in the blower is supposed to shear off before the PTO breaks. That is what it is for. Sometimes people replace them with grade 8 bolts, never a good idea. Don't know what happened, but if the PTO is not turning that don't sound good. The PTO is an electrical solenoid controlled hydraulic activated device. There are procedures in the workshop manual for troubleshooting and repairing it. Best buy one of those first if you are thinking about fixing it yourself. or get it to the dealer. I would check the fuse for the PTO solenoid circuit, but this is not likely the problem.

Yes I was thinking this to be the problem.. now there is not any sound at all so my thinking its not a mechanical or metal problem but an actuating problem.. I will have to wait for a warmer day to see as its -18 today and for the next few days also. Thanks For the input
