PTO retainer collar where to buy

I'm looking for a source to purchase (new) - Shield retaining collars for PTO shaft (Cormer Industries T20)
outer(46mm) Part No. 180.012.007
inner (40mm) Part No. 180.012.006

These are the rings that slide on the PTO to center the guard.

Preferably on North American website that ships international
Tried ebay no luck.

Dealer wants to sell whole shield and would like to avoid.
