Pto settings new Holland tl100

Hello I'm looking to know if anyone on here would know the pto settings on a new Holland tl100 ?The sticker is missing that shows it. Its currently nearest the back window but I was mowing with an 8 foot mower and found it a bit under powered and was wondering was it in 540e or 1000. 540 was what I'm looking for.

On a manual I downloaded online it said starting from the back window 1000 then 750? Then 540. I'm not sure what 750 means, maybe it's an American model.

750 is normally the gear for 540e. Glad you got the manual. You should be able to tell the difference in each gear even at a low idle. The slowest will always be the 540.

Thank you for that. But wouldn't 540 be best for jobs like mowing and agitating slurry?

Yes, but if you are mowing a field that is not too thick or tall then you can save fuel by putting it in the 750 range then lowering your RPM to get 540 at the PTO. Normally there will be a marking on the tachometer that tells you what RPM should give you 540.
