PTO slip clutch - broke after 3 minutes

I've seen ones that are QD.. but the more affordable ones use the roll pin like you mentioned.

Why can't you just take the POS back?

G'day spot on the money Ken even if you find all the bits to put it back together how do you know that it hasn't damaged itself and the next time it comes apart the next damage may be to your implement or tractor 3 hrs is well and truly still under warranty unless you have obviously done something wrong like having the wrong length shaft or operating on too greater angle but neitherr of these things are going to make an overrun pull apart.Take it back

Too long a shaft CAN make the ORC come apart.. AFTER it has been crushed... remember. it's a split ring that holds it together.

Also.. ever one I have ever seen has directions to grease it before use.
