PTO step up: 540 to 3600 RPM

I have hydraulic ports on the back, so this might be an option. I'll have to look up the flow and pressure specs.

I just purchased a 4200 jd and a snow blower and the rpms on the snow blower are to slow and the pto only runs at 540 what can I do to increase the rpms to like 1200

A snow blower application is a bit different because you could be using a lot of power to drive it and typically there is not much space to work with.
You need a 2:1 step up (1080 rpm) which is not a very common gearbox ratio. A 2:1 belt drive might work but it would take some substantial belts.
