Hey Larso1 do you still have the pic of that Iseki Tracked Vehicle? I believe I got it from you a while back. I miss placed it and would like to have it again.

Nothing like helping yourself. I removed the rear tire and access plate so I could better see the linkage for the PTO. After a minute of flashlight work I saw a small rock wedged in there. I cant imagine how it got in there judging by how hard it was to remove. It turned out to be a piece of Marble. We dont have Marble here. Maybe its Granite. Anyway. The linkage is free and I will try to control the frustrated and dumb questions. Thanks for the help.

Howdy yomax4. I've been through all 41 pages of Iseki posts, and yours seem to be the only ones on TA247F. I just bought one while home on leave from Iraq. Can't wait to get home to MN and put her to work. Hope to pick your brain since you have had a couple years to familiarize yourself with yours. Mine came with what appears to be an unused Koyker 125 FEL, Rhino 148 mower, and I just picked up a Leinbach disc cheap. Do you still think the Massey 1240 manual is the best resource, or have you found something better? Thanks in advance. Drew

Hi maybe i can throw some light on the problem, in as much that my pto would engage in the 1000 but not the 540, i decided to look inside the PTO & after checking all the linkages, it meant a complete strip down of the rear end to gain access, what i found inside would make you cry, the main gearing was completely stripped, the problem was caused by the inner shift arm , this keeps it in one of the three positions by a ball bearing under preasure by a spring, which slides up and down the selector rod, this had got stuck by some debri from the gears keeping the pto from selecting the 540, the problem with yours will be the opposite, in that the selector rod within has locked in to the shaft thus keeping it in drive, after the initial strip down getting at the pto was a walk in the park,. i hope this may help in a small way ..

Hi isekitract , You might have Missed post # 13 . Where He had found it was a rock wedged in the linkage . It sounds like Yours was much more serious , Glad You got it figured out . Bob
