I had a question about pto.
When i put it on i do it on low rpm 1000-1200 rpm.
But when i drive and i lower my engine rpm fast (i do this when i need to change direction so i can save my clutch)
I this dangerous for my clutch or not?

It's always good to engage your pto while the engine is at a lower rpm. I like about 1000 or so. That way it doesn't lug the tractor down excessively.. but also isn't a super shock load. Similarly.. when I go to disengage the pto.. I lower the rpm down quite a bit to save on pto brake wear.

This works good on tractors with mechanical and hyd pto engagements with 'feathering'.. and electronic solenoid engagements with feathering. I have heard of on/off solenoid pto setups that seem to slam engage.. even at low rpm's.. I'm not a fan of those.. etc.
