Little more information needed... also I don't know your model so; is it electronic PTO (push button for on?)
Did you hit anything before it stopped working? Was it running fine and then stopped?
If it's electronic and happen over night, a mouse could have chewed a wire... (wild a$$ guess...) Check fuses?

Fan quit blowing.
I have a 2010 1648 .. I gave mowed pastures about a month ago worked fine.. Mowing yesterday driving along and PTO stopped turning during mowing... No noises or anything..
I'm looking for maybe a way to troubleshoot the problem as O don't know where to start..

Completely different machine, but mine did the same thing. If you try to activate the PTO, do you smell anything odd?
Mine has a small solenoid/coil on the side of the transmission. Rotating the PTO switch powers the solenoid which pulls something inside the transmission to engage the PTO. When mine quit, I could smell that electrical burning smell if I tried to turn it on.
Turns out that solenoid failed internally. Never blew a fuse though. So, start with fuses and wiring that may have gotten pulled loose or broken. Try to locate a similar solenoid on your machine and see if you have power to it.

Does your mower have a shear pin in the U-joint by the tractor? Last year my snowblower sheared that pin so it looks like your PTO is not turning when in reality it is fine you just to replace the shear pin.

Yea, ^^^ check the drive line, remove it so you can look at the PTO shaft coming out of the tractor to see if it is spinning when you turn the PTO On.
