Pulled the trigger today!

After months of research and more flip flopping than a career politician I purchased a 2014 1025R today. There were so many good choices and I'm sure I would have been happy with any of them. I ended up with the deere because the dealer was very easy to deal with, had it in stock and ready to go, and the extra 1250 discount plus a real 0 percent for 60 months made it a done deal. I really wanted to get the backhoe but just finally caved on the price and figured I could live without it. I also decided to get the auto connect belly mower in 54" instead of a zero turn. We have lived previously on a larger farm and I loved my Scag with 29 hp FI Kawasaki engine. I really wanted another one but for 2k for the belly mower and the easy on/off I again backed down. I got a landscape rack and box blade and of course the h120 loader.
It will arrive at 8 in the morning so I will post pics later over the weekend. So now that it's done, how do you think i will enjoy mowing on it. Also I need to get a post hole digger any recomedations?

I enjoy mowing with my 1026R. I had a JD zero turn for a short time, before getting the 1026. I got the mowing done faster with the zero turn, but mowing is more relaxing with the 1026R.

Congratulations, everything I have read about them sounds good. I used to own a 2305 which is a predecessor to the 1025r and was very happy with it. I am currently looking at one myself or a 2025r and I do understand the flip flopping issue. Look up Everythingattachments they have post hole diggers specifically suited for the smaller scuts. I don't own any of theirs but do remember seeing a video on their website showing the smaller unit on a scut the size of your 1025r. Just make sure not to get one to large for your tractor or you will have problems ( it won't lift high enough ). Enjoy your new ride.
